NFIU does not issue sanctions. Every result names the authority that designated the subject and links to its own record. Binding lists (UN, Nigeria) require a freeze without delay; advisory lists are foreign designations with no domestic obligation. A result of no match means the term is not on the lists held here, not that a subject is clear.
